RCMP investigating threatening letter sent to NDP candidate for Canora-Pelly

The Saskatchewan NDP says a threatening letter directed towards one of their candidates has been reported to the RCMP.

The party didn’t mention what was specifically said in the note, to not interfere with any investigation, but did describe it as a personal and political attack towards Stacey Strykowski.

The NDP says an anonymous note about Strykowski was posted to a public bulletin board in Preeceville over the Thanksgiving long weekend.

Strykowski, a Preeceville town councillor, is running in the Canora-Pelly constituency, currently held by Sask. Party incumbent Terry Dennis.
