Employee threatened with knife during robbery in Regina’s east end

Regina police are looking for help as they investigate a robbery which happened Monday night.

Police say they were called to a business on the 3700 block of East Quance Street around 7:20 p.m  after getting a report of a robbery in progress, but the suspect was gone by the time they arrived.

Officers were told a man entered the business, took some products from the shelves and started walking towards the front door when he was approached by an employee who tried to stop him from leaving.

The suspect allegedly pulled a knife out and threatened the employee before leaving without incident.

Police are looking for a man, who was about 6 feet tall, and was dressed in all-black clothing including a black hat and a face covering.  He was also wearing white shoes.

It is believed he left the scene in a small, white car and was heading eastbound when last seen.

Anyone with information is asked to call Regina Police or Crimestoppers
