Remote learning to happen for kids at Kitchener Community School this week

Kids in Regina schools have Monday off because of the election with many schools being used as polling stations, but for one school, there won’t be any classes all week because of COVID-19.

Kitchener Community School has announced the school will be closed all week with classes resuming November 2 after four students tested positive for the virus.

Remote learning will begin tomorrow with public health working on contacting close contacts of the students who tested positive.

The school says if you don’t hear from public health, your child probably was not exposed
