Drinking water advisory issued for hospitals in Saskatoon

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has issued a drinking water advisory for the Royal University Hospital, Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.

This is due to a water line break at RUH that took place Thursday morning.

Potable water is not available for patients or staff in any of these facilities until further notice. Bottled water is being provided for patients and staff at this time.

While some surgical services were delayed, none have been postponed at this time. There is no impact to COVID-19 testing.
