A Regina McDonald’s shuts its doors after worker tests positive for COVID-19

While there has been no notification from the Saskatchewan Health Authority, McDonald’s says it has shut down its location at Dewdney and Albert after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.

The restaurant will be closed with a thorough cleaning and sanitization taking place.

A release from McDonald’s says the employee in question last worked at the location on Halloween from 6 a.m until 2 p.m.

All others who were on shift with the employee have been told to quarantine with those inside the restaurant during that time on Saturday being told to follow the advice of public health and take the appropriate measures if they start to feel ill.
