New COVID-19 cases in three Regina schools; Grant Road School closed

The Regina Public School Board announced more individual cases of COVID-19 at three Regina schools.

One case was discovered at Ruth M. Buck School, where affected students and classes will begin remote learning and will not return until December 10th. Remote learning will begin on December 1st.

The SHA also confirmed a case at Thom Collegiate, where affected students will begin remote learning and not return to the school until December 4th.

Another case was discovered at Grant Road School, where the decision was made to close the school effective immediately. The school will reopen on December 7th.

Remote learning begins for all students on December 1st. Information letters will be sent to all school families on Monday, or sooner, where possible.

All school families have been contacted by automated phone call.
