Police in Regina are looking for more information after a woman was dropped off on Tuesday morning at a hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound.
Officers first learned of the situation at around 10:00 a.m. when the victim was dropped off at the emergency room doors of the Regina General Hospital. She suffered at least one confirmed gunshot wound to her body and was in serious condition.
Police say she remains in serious, but stable condition. At this time, it appears her injuries are non-life threatening.
RPS clarified that this was an isolated incident and residents are in no further danger.
