A Regina woman says she couldn’t believe it when she checked her February 13 Lotto 6/49 ticket.

Marita Lang had the right combination to win $1 million in a Guaranteed Prize Draw.

“I checked the numbers online,” she said in a release from Saskatchewan Lotteries. “My numbers didn’t match the main draw or EXTRA, but when I saw the Guaranteed Prize number (39669677-01) , I had to do a double take! I couldn’t sleep that night, I kept checking the numbers over and over again. I couldn’t believe it – it was overwhelming.”

Lang knows what she wants to do her with her windfall.

“Whenever it’s safe to travel, we want to do a lot of it,” she said. “We’re thinking Germany or Austria, maybe back to Hawaii and all across Canada – we can go anywhere now!”
