COVID-19 cases reported at Martin Collegiate and Regina Huda School

A couple of schools in Regina reporting new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.

The Regina Public School Division says one person from Martin Collegiate has tested positive for COVID-19, but there are no close contacts being identified.

Martin Collegiate remains open, and letters are getting sent home to school families on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, another case of COVID-19 has been reported at Regina Huda School.

Families of the close contacts involved have been contacted, and letters have been sent home to notify families.

The school will remain open, and impacted students will be taking part in virtual learning starting Wednesday.

This is the eighth case of COVID-19 identified at Regina Huda School since the end of February.
