The town of Coronach continues to be in a do not use the water mode after someone broke in to the water treatment plant on the weekend with the possibility of the water supply being contaminated there,

In an update this morning, the town says they have flushed the water tower and water plant reseroirs twice so hydrants will now be flushed to push clean water through the system today and tomorrow.

Potable and non-potable water is available at the town’s rink for hygienic and cooking purposes while the Poplar River Park has opened their showers to the public.
