The president of SARM says additional province funding for rural municipalities will be put to good use.

Premier Moe is providing an additional 11.2 million dollars for rural roads and 2 million dollars for channel clearing.

SARM president Ray Orb says the funding is important for rural economic development and flood control.

Orb says the first ever on-line SARM convention was a success, with over 18 hundred delegates registered for the 2-day event.

The event was held over the internet because of the coronavirus.
