Feeder cattle prices were mixed across Saskatchewan during the past week.
Acting provincial cattle specialist Natasha Wilkie says feeder steers were mainly higher and feeder heifers were mostly lower in price.
She says the average weekly steer price was 212 dollars 89 cents per hundredweight in Saskatchewan.
For heifers, the average weekly price was 188 dollars 13 cents per hundredweight in Saskatchewan.
She says D1, D2 cows were higher, rising up 1 dollar 17 cents per hundredweight, to average 87 dollars 17 cents.
The price of D3 cows rose 2 dollars 4 cents to average 77 dollars 29 cents per hundredweight.
