A 49-year old man who was mistakenly released after an appearance via video conference in Estevan Court of Queen’s Bench on March 9 has turned himself in.

Codie Cardinal turned himself into Regina police and is back in custody.  It was only determined on Tuesday that Cardinal was supposed to remain in remand thus causing the notification of his release.  It was blamed on an administrative error.
