RCMP looking for man involved in assault on Muskowekwan First Nation

Punnichy RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted in relation to an assault on March 22nd, between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.

The assault occurred at a home on the Muskowekwan First Nation.

The man fled the residence after the incident after an altercation with a woman, who was able to contact police. The victim sustained serious injuries. No further information about the victim is being provided.

As a result of the investigation, Lindsay Charles Hunter has been charged with assault causing bodily harm, operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited. There is a warrant out for Hunter’s arrest.

Lindsay Hunter is described as a 38-year-old man, 6’3, 185 pounds, with a slim build, short black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his right cheek.

Police believe he may be in Muskowekwan or Regina, but it hasn’t been confirmed. If found, he should not be approached, and police should be called immediately.
