Dozens of people gathered in Regina’s Victoria Park to protest against the public health measures surrounding COVID-19.

The rally is set to serve as a stop on Chris “Sky” Saccoccia’s “Freedom Convoy” that made stops in Medicine Hat and Maple Creek earlier Saturday.

Soccoccia’s impending arrival has drawn the ire of both Premier Scott Moe and NDP Leader Ryan Meili, who said he should stay out of the province.
