Saskatchewan feeder cattle prices were showing downward movement this past week.
Acting provincial cattle specialist Natasha Wilkie says feeder steers were lower across the weight categories.
The largest price decrease was in the 400-500 pound category, down 15 dollars per hundredweight to average $237.67 per hundredweight.
The weekly average steer price was 203 dollars 81 cents per hundredweight.
Feeder heifers were all lower across the weight categories as well.
The weekly average heifer price was $182.67 per hundredweight.
