Environment Canada has issued a frost advisory for several parts of Saskatchewan including the Regina, Moose Jaw, Weyburn. Estevan, Assiniboia, Yorkton, Melville, Humboldt and Melfort regions.

A ridge of high pressure has spread an unseasonably cool airmass over parts of southern Saskatchewan.

Under the influence of this cooler airmass, overnight lows Wednesday night are forecast to drop to or slightly below zero.

Temperatures will moderate Thursday and frost advisories are not anticipated to return Thursday night.
