Police were called to the 900 block of Elphinstone Street just after 9:00 p.m. after a man was seen waving what appeared to be a sawed-off firearm.
Once police arrived on the scene they found a person who matched the suspect’s description leaving out the back of a residence.
During the subsequent search, officers found a pellet gun and a handful of shotgun shells.
