It was a busy night for Regina fire crews as they responded to two garage fires.

One of them on the 1700 block of Regent Street, in the city’s east end, resulted in one person being taken to hospital. It is not known what condition that person is in.

The other was just west of the Pasqua Hospital on the 3300 block of Dewdney Avenue. It was brought under control quickly with no injuries reported.

A cause and damage estimates for both have not been released.
