There are 216 new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan. That is the highest number of daily cases we have seen since May 14 when 229 were announced.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (5), Far North Central (1), Far North East (29), North West (19), North Central (21), North East (13), Saskatoon (80), Central West (6), Central East (5), Regina (8), South West (5), South Central (2) and South East (5) zones and 17 new cases have pending residence information. The active case count now stands at 1,528 with the Regina zone accounting for 86 of those.
There are 108 people in hospital with 20 of those in the ICU. Of the 108 patients, the government says 77 were not fully vaccinated.

The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case number was 172 (14.3 new cases per 100,000).
1,944 vaccines were delivered Tuesday with 1,210 of those going to people who have now had both shots and are considered fully vaccinated.
