Saskatchewan now has 2,065 active cases of COVID-19 after another 258 cases were announced Sunday along with one new death bringing the provincial total to 598. The active case count, which had been at 282 on July 18, has not been this high since May 16 when there were 2,082.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (6), Far North Central (2), Far North East (5), North West (38), North Central (23), North East (10), Saskatoon (97), Central West (8), Central East (9), Regina (17), South West (5), South Central (6) and South East (3) zones.

There are 108 people in hospital; including 25 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 108 patients, 77 (71.3%) are not fully vaccinated.
2,247 doses of vaccine were administered across the province. Of those 2,247, 1,410 went to people who are now fully vaccinated.
