Hockey Saskatchewan seeking feedback as they look to become more diverse and inclusive

Hockey Saskatchewan has launched a survey as they look for ways to pursue equality, diversity and inclusion.

Hockey Sask. says it’s teamed up with Praxis Consulting for the survey, that is aimed at participants within Hockey Saskatchewan, and those on the outside as well.

“In my time, 27 years here, we’ve seen a real growth in the membership with Indigenous communities and being part of Hockey Saskatchewan, and taking part in our programs, but I think we need to find ways for more, especially new Canadians to get involved in the game and get them to love the sport that we all do,” General Manager Kelly McClintock said.

The online survey also provides each participant with the opportunity to be entered into a draw for a chance to win prizes. The prizes include;

• TWO (2) GRAND PRIZE draws valued at $275 each, including: a $150 Visa gift card, a Bauer Flex Bubble Jacket, and a Richardson Stretch Mesh-back hat
• FIVE (5) PRIZE draws valued at $120 each, including: a $25 Tim Horton’s gift card, a 22Fresh Hoodie, and an Athletic Knit Pom-Pom Toque
• FIVE (5) PRIZE draws valued at $80 each, including: a $10 Tim Horton’s gift card, an Athletic Long-Sleeve Shirt, and an Athletic Knit Pom-Pom Toque
