WEATHER ALERT: Air Quality Advisories expanded to southern Saskatchewan

Air Quality Advisories have been expanded to include most of central and all of southern Saskatchewan as well Thursday morning, including Regina and Moose Jaw.

Smoke from wildfires near Hudson Bay, in northeastern Saskatchewan, continues to be the culprit of the poor air quality.

The majority of the smoke should clear out of the province by Thursday evening, with the exception being areas near the Manitoba border and downwind of the fires.
