After winning their first two games of the season, the Regina Pats have now dropped their last three with the latest loss coming Sunday at the Brandt Centre as they were beaten 4-2 by Brandon.
The game was tied after 40 minutes on goals by Regina’s Cole Dubinsky and Brandon’s Chad Nychuk.
With eight minutes gone, Regina product Logen Hammett got the winner as he put one past Matthew Kieper. Brandon then added empty netters by Nychuk and Rylan Roersma before the Pats got one from Cole Carrier with 10 seconds left in regulation.
Regina is now 2-3 on the season. Winnipeg will be at the Brandt Centre Friday
