Two men facing charges after pellet gun shooting east of downtown Regina

Regina Police were called to an alleged shooting just east of downtown on Friday afternoon.

Officers responded to a residence near the 1700 block of Montreal Street at about 12:30 that afternoon where it was reported two men had shot at a resident from the back of a residence.

Police were able to locate two suspects and took them into custody. A replica Glock-style pellet gun was located and no one was injured in the incident.

34-year-old Tyler MacDougall and 49-year-old Erin Archibald are both charged with careless use of a firearm, possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition and reckless discharge of a firearm. Both will appear in court on Tuesday.
