Regina Police are telling people to stay away from the east side of the 600 block of Albert Street Monday afternoon after receiving a report of a suspicious package.

The Explosives Disposal Unit is on the scene, which is in a compound away from traffic.  At this time, the area has been evacuated.

It is not known when the all-clear will be given for people to travel in the area as usual.

The package was found around 3 p.m.
