A 32 year old man is the subject of a warrant of arrest on a charge of second degree murder in connection to an investigation of a homicide on Heseltine Road from earlier this month.
Police are on the lookout for Ismail Hassen. He is described to be black, 6 feet tall weighing about 220 pounds, athletic build, black hair and brown eyes. Efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful so far.
The investigation began on November 14 when police were dispatched on a report of a death. When police arrived they located, the victim identified to be 29 year old Ahi Ebrotie.
One other person has been charged in this case. A 31 year old Regina was arrested on November 23 and charged.
