That funding would be paid through funding is expensed from the Community Safety Wellness funding source provided in 2022.

City Council will be back Friday morning at 9:00 a.m..

On the agenda are the proposed mill rate increase of 3.49 per cent and an increase in the utility rate of five per cent.

That mill rate will cost the average Regina homeowner $6.31 per month, or $75.72 per year, with the average resident an extra $7.25 per month, or $87.05 per year due to the utility rate.
