One Saskatchewan Roughrider will be heading south in 2022.

Brayden Lenius has signed a contract with the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. It is reported that deal includes a signing bonus.

The Roughriders released Lenius from his contract late last week to allow him to pursue his opportunities in the NFL. Lenius had been working out for other NFL clubs over the last few weeks.

In his second season with the Green and White, Lenius had 471 yards receiving and added 4 touchdowns.
