Riders agree to terms with Evans

The Shaq attack will be back in Riderville for 2022.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced they have resigned Wide Receiver Shaq Evans to a new contract.

Evans struggled with injuries throughout the 2021 season, including breaking his leg in Week 2. He ended the season with 26 receptions and 220 yards

In 2019, Evans enjoyed his breakthrough season earning a CFL All-Star Award. He had 72 receptions for 1,334 yards receiving and five touchdowns.

Evans, joins Kyran Moore, Justin McInnis and Paul McRoberts as receivers who have resigned with the Green and White for the 2022 season.

CFL Free Agency begins on February 8.
