Market analyst sees wheat rising 50 cents to one dollar a bushel in coming months

Grain markets are reflecting a lot of uncertainty this winter.

FarmLink Marketing Solutions chief market analyst, Neil Townsend, says there is uncertainty in the markets, partly due to tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

But he expects wheat prices could rise another 50 cents to one dollar a bushel because of strong demand this winter.

Townsend also sees strong markets for canola, anticipating prices could rise another one to two dollars a bushel in coming months.
