Terrell Jana is retiring from football, according to a report from TSN’s Farhan Lalji.
While he still remains on the #Riders roster formally, it appears as though Terrell Jana has decided to retire after one @cfl season. Was the top receiver selected in 2021 #CFLDraft, 17th overall. Played in 2 games & caught 1 pass. Bright kid with a lot of interests. @CFLonTSN

Jana was the first receiver taken in the 2021 CFL draft (2nd round, 17th overall). The 23 year old appeared in two games, making one catch for seven yards.
Before the CFL Jana played four years at the University of Virginia, and graduated 12th in all-time receiving yards for the Cavaliers.
Lalji joins the Sports Cage today to talk more about Jana’s decision.
