The Regina Fire and Protective Services were responded to a fire to a multi family row house early Thursday morning.

Several suites were evacuated and mobile crisis was called in to assist.

Fire crews experienced heavy smoke and fire when dealing with the blaze.

There has been one victim identifed, there is no update on their condition.

An investigator has been called into assess the cause of the fire.
