A 15-year-old is facing eight charges after a firearm incident over the weekend.
Sunday afternoon, Regina police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Princess Street after a caller indicated they’d heard what sounded like gunshots nearby.
Police arrived and searched the areas where they found the 15-year-old, who was wanted on outstanding warrants.
He was arrested, and a further investigation led to the recovery of a sawed-off firearm, with officers also finding bullet holes in the garage of the same property.
The youth was charged with numerous weapons charges and a failure to comply with conditions of release.
He made his first court appearance on Monday.
