Police say they will continue to have a larger than normal presence in the northern community of La Ronge.

Around 4 a.m. yesterday morning, police were called out to the Bells Point area, after there were reports of gunfire.

When police arrived they found an injured male, who was later declared dead at the scene.  That person’s name has not been released.

Police have made three arrests, but have said little else about the case.  No charges have been laid at this point either.
