Nasty Weather for Parts of Saskatchewan

Environment Canada has issued some warnings for parts of Saskatchewan.

Gull Lake, Leader, Swift Current, can expect some strong winds tonight.  The wind warning is talking about strong wind gusts up to 90 kilometres an hour tomorrow morning.

That warning also covers Val Marie, The Cypress Hills, Maple Creek and Shaunovan.

The other red blobs on the map denote heavy rain warnings that run like a belt across north central Saskatchewan, from the Alberta border to the Prince Albert area. That rain is falling right now, and it could build up to as much as 70 mm of rain by the time it eases off tonight.
