A 75-year-old has been charged with second-degree murder.

Regina’s fifth homicide of 2022 was in connection to a death investigation in Oxford Bay.

On Friday, June 17, just before 2:00 p.m., patrol members were dispatched to the 1300 block of Oxford Bay. When officers arrived, they located the dead body of an adult woman.

An investigation led to the arrest of Kenneth Glen Hubick, who was charged with second-degree murder and indignity to a dead body.

Hubick made his first court appearance on those charges in Provincial Court on Monday.
