-Montreal quarterbacks lead the CFL with 10 quarterback escape runs through 2 weeks, doubling the next closest teams (SSK & HAM 5 each). That includes 3 from Trevor Harris during a Week 2 loss to Toronto.

-Trevor Harris was 3-for-5 for 96 yards on passes of 20+ yards depth, including a key 3rd down conversion to Eugene Lewis in the 4th quarter.

-Through Week 2, the Roughriders have registered 13 sacks, nine more than any other club. Ten different players have recorded a sack including Pete Robertson (3) and Larry Dean (2) with multiple sacks.

-Saskatchewan is tied with Winnipeg for the fewest points allowed (14.5 per game) through 2 weeks and leads the CFL in several key areas including yards per play (5.3), sacks (13), pass knockdowns (8), and 2-and-outs (15) among others.

-Fumble Recoveries: In addition to sacking opposing quarterbacks, the Riders have excelled at forcing fumbles, leading the league with 4 fumble recoveries. The rest of the league combined only has 6. Saskatchewan is also tied for the league lead in interceptions (4) and leads the CFL in turnovers forced (10) and turnover ratio (+5).

-For the second week in a row Riders linebacker Larry Dean was all over the field, tallying 10 Defensive Plays (7 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, and a tackle for loss). This comes on the heels of his 11 Defensive Plays in Week 1. Dean leads the CFL with 21 Defensive Plays in total and is one off the lead in Defensive Tackles with 14.
