Pair arrested after break-in at business on Eastgate Drive

A man and a woman are facing break-in charges after an incident early Canada Day morning.
Police went to the 3700 block of Eastgate Drive East for a report of a break-in at a business at 2 a.m. yesterday
A man and a woman matching descriptions were seen leaving the scene on bikes. The woman was arrested without incident but the man attempted to leave on his bike. He was apprehended by a Regina Police Service dog.
David Terrance Dinardo, 27, has been charged with break in with intent and possession of break-in instruments, and Fealding Maxwell, 39, is charged with failure to comply and break-in with intent.
Both will make their first court appearance on the charges August 22.
