Red Sox clobber Beavers 12-1

The Regina Red Sox had some red hot bats last night, they crushed the Weyburn Beavers 12-1.

Left fielder Michael Zinter had a home run for the Red Sox. Third baseman Travis Johnson had four hits in the Red Sox win.  First baseman Cade Nelson had three hits with a pair of RBIs.

Regina is now a half game back of top spot of Moose Jaw in the East of the WCBL.

The Red Sox have a little bit of a break, their next action is Sunday afternoon at Currie Field against the Medicine Hat Mavericks with an opening pitch at 2:05.
