The Trans Canada highway near Belle Plaine by Kalium Road has been blocked by RCMP as of early this morning.
A caller to 620 CKRM said there was some negotiation between the RCMP and an individual.
RCMP said in a media release that people are asked to fund an alternate route in the area. They added it’s unknown how long the delay is expected to last.
