Police Looking For Pair Tied to Crime Spree

After a string of stolen cars and thefts in three provinces, the RCMP is hoping you can help them track down two people of interest in these cases.

Between July 6th and July 16th, these two people are believed to be connected to more than 26 incidents in Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC.  These include car theft, credit card theft, fuel theft and more in communities like Yorkton, Foam Lake, Chamberlain and Regina to name a few.  Some of the crimes were committed in places like Hanna Alberta, and Kelowna BC.

The pair even rammed a police cruiser while trying to get away from police in Saskatchewan.

“Because the RCMP is the provincial police force in Western Canadian provinces – and given the interprovincial nature of some crime – the work of our crime analysts is critical to help identify crime trends and advance investigations,” says Monica Deters, acting officer in charge of the Saskatchewan RCMP’s Crime Prevention and Crime Reduction Unit. “We now know that this string of July incidents is connected and we’ve been able to identify two individuals police officers would like to speak to. Take a look at these photos – if you recognize them, please report it to police or Crime Stoppers.”
