Traffic Stop Nets Drugs and Arrests

A sharp eyed Canine Unit Member noticed what was believed to be a suspicious vehicle, circling the 2000 Block of Retallack Street in Regina just after 5 am this morning.

The car was stopped,  and a male inside was arrested on outstanding warrants, and violating his court ordered curfew.

When more officers arrived, the other person in the car was arrested.  Police found a quantity of cocaine and fentanyl in a pocket in the passenger door, which led to more drugs, three cell phones, cash and other paraphernalia tied to selling drugs.

44 year old James Albert Cecil Seal, and 37 year old Trisha Dawn Sitter, both of Regina, are facing 4 counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime.
