One person has been reported dead after a collision on Highway #1 near Qu’Appelle.

Around 3:00 p.m. Sunday, two SUVs collided in the westbound lanes.

The driver and sole occupant of one SUV, a 50-year-old female from Regina, was declared deceased at the scene.

The other SUV’s adult female driver and passenger were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Indian Head RCMP continues to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
