RCMP arrest three for second degree murder near Warman

Police are saying that a suspicious death near Warman is a murder.

James Swift, 40, has been identified as the murder victim who was found  near the intersection of Penner Road and Rural Road 3050.

Two men – Anthony Burley, 28 and Colton Lischka, 29 – have been charged with second degree murder and attempted murder. They will both appear in provincial court tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.

A third suspect, Ashtin Ritzand, turned himself in to police at 3 p.m. today after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with this incident.

He’s also been charged with second degree murder and attempted murder. Ritzand will appear in provincial court Thursday.
