Four face charges after search warrants executed in Regina

Several people in Regina were arrested on weapons charges after three places had search warrants served on them last Friday.
The Regina Police Service’s Gang Unit and Property Crimes unit conducted the investigation and were helped by other investigators, including the Regina SWAT team.

Three men and one woman are facing charges.
Joshua Christopher Shore, 28, is charged with: Possession of a firearm while prohibited; Possession of ammunition while prohibited, Possession of stolen property over $5000, Possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition, , Careless storage of a firearm, Possession of a firearm obtained by crime, and Possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized.

Edmond Scott Gordon, 36, is charged with: Possession of a firearm while prohibited, Possession of ammunition while prohibited, Possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, Unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, Possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition, Breach of Release Order.

William Wayne Starr, 35, is charged with possession of ammunition while prohibited and possession of stolen property under $5,000.

Investigation into the break-in also resulted in Shore and Roxanne Franko, 31, being charged with break and enter.

All four accused made their first appearance in provincial court Monday.
