Regina man arrested after being found passed out behind wheel of idling vehicle

A Regina man found passed out behind the wheel of an idling vehicle yesterday morning was found to be in possession of weapons, ammunition and an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine.
Police went to the 1200 block of East Ninth Avenue where they investigated the man, and charged him with impaired driving.
During a search of the vehicle they found a shotgun, cross bow and ammunition for both, as well as a substance later confirmed to be meth.
Tyler Byron Rogers, 27, made his first appearance in provincial court today on the charges.
