On Tuesday, Regina Pats forward Connor Bedard earned an A rating on NHL’s Central Scouting preliminary players to watch list. Sam Oremba earned a spot the list with a C rating.

Bedard is expected to be the first player selected in the NHL draft in June. In 2022, he picked up 21 points (10G -11A). He currently leads the league in points and is tied in first in goals.

Oremba was acquired by the Pats earlier this month. This season he collected four points (1G-3A) in nine games between Regina and the Seattle Thunderbirds.
