Sask government sets up trade office in Germany

The Moe government has announced a trade office will be set up in the European Union.

The SaskParty government says the office will be based in Germany.

Agriculture minister David Marit says Europe is an important market for Saskatchewan, particularly farm technology and agrifood.

Saskatchewan opened a trade office in Mexico this spring.

The German office would be the ninth Saskatchewan trade office around the world.
