Rams end season with loss to Bisons

 

In a game that had no playoff implications for the University of Regina Rams, they were defeated on Saturday by the University of Manitoba Bisons, 44-30 at Mosaic Stadium.

The Rams did enjoy a first half lead of 26-20 lead before giving away to backups in the second half led by quarterback Bryden O’Flaherty .

Noah Pelletier had 231 yards passing with three touchdowns and an interception for the University of Regina.

Ten different Ram players had receptions in the loss.

The University of Regina will finish the season with a 5-3 record and will finish second in the Canada West standings.

Next Saturday, the Rams will host the UBC Thunderbirds in one of the Canada West semi-finals.
